This notice explains what personal information Fun Casino Fun collects, why, how long we keep it and the rights you have. We have kept it as short and plain as we can. If anything is unclear, just ask.

What we collect and why
When you enquire or book
Your name, email address, phone number, event date, venue, guest numbers and anything else you tell us about your event. We use this to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, take your booking, deliver the event and handle payment. The legal basis is taking steps towards, and carrying out, our contract with you. We keep booking and payment records to meet our tax and accounting obligations.
Photos taken at events
If you book event photography or our photo booth, we take photos of you and your guests and share them with you through a private online gallery. This is part of the service you have booked.
We sometimes use event photos on our website and social media to show our work. We ask at the event before doing so, and a sign is displayed when photography is taking place. If you would rather not appear, tell our photographer on the night or contact us at any time and we will remove any photo of you that we have published.
Emails from us
If you are a customer, or have agreed to hear from us, we may occasionally email you news and offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
When you visit our website
With your consent, through our cookie banner, we use analytics and advertising tools to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our adverts. See our Cookie Policy for details. If you do not accept these cookies, the site still works normally.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We use a small number of trusted services to run the business, and they only use your information to provide their service to us:
- 17hats: our enquiry and booking system (the forms on this site)
- Brevo: sending our emails
- Google: email, photo galleries, website analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising (Google Ads)
- Microsoft Clarity: anonymous website usage analysis
- Cloudflare: hosting this website
- WPX Hosting: our email hosting
- CookieYes: our cookie consent banner
- Trustindex and YouTube: showing our reviews and videos on the site
We may also share information where the law requires it, for example with HMRC.
Some of these services store data outside the UK, mainly in the USA and the EU. Where they do, they use the safeguards approved under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK-US data bridge.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't become bookings: up to 2 years, in case you get back in touch.
- Booking and payment records: 6 years after the end of the tax year, as HMRC requires.
- Event photos: we keep these so we can supply copies to you later. We delete any photo on request.
- Email list: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, to move it to another provider, and to withdraw any consent you have given. Just email jamie@funcasinofun.co.uk. We will reply within one month and there is normally no charge.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Children
Our website and services are aimed at adults booking events. We do not knowingly collect information from children through this website.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice if anything changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
