Prices and Booking
How much does a fun casino cost?
Packages start from £300 for one table. Most events cost between £300 and £900, and larger multi-table packages with extras can cost more. See our fun casino packages or request a quote for your date.
What's included in the price?
Full use of the tables you book for up to 2.5 hours, all cards, chips and fun money, croupiers to deal throughout, and prizes for the top three players. Set-up and travel are included in our standard fee unless we tell you otherwise.
How much is the deposit?
We secure your date with a deposit of £100, unless a different amount is shown on your invoice. The deposit is non-refundable. You're welcome to pay the full amount when you book.
When is the balance due, and how can I pay?
The balance is due at least 14 days before your event, by bank transfer (BACS) or cheque. You can pay a cash balance on the night, but it must be paid before we set up. If you book within 14 days of the event, the full amount is due when you book.
What happens if I need to cancel?
The deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel more than 21 days before the event, you won't have to pay the rest of the fee. If you cancel less than 21 days before, the outstanding balance is still payable.
On the Night
How does a fun casino work?
At the start of the evening everyone is given a set amount of fun money, which they exchange for chips at the tables. Our croupiers help everyone play. If a player wants to leave the table, they bank their chips with the dealer in exchange for a voucher. Whoever has the most chips at the end of the night wins a prize.
How long does the casino run for?
Our standard fee includes up to 2.5 hours of gaming, and longer hire is available by prior arrangement. You agree the start time with our croupiers before the event, and it's up to the host to let guests know the casino is open. We can't extend the gaming time if guests arrive late to the tables or other parts of the event run late, unless further time is booked.
Can we have extra time?
Yes, subject to availability. Extra gaming time is charged by the hour, per table. Contact us for prices.
When do you arrive to set up?
We aim to arrive about 1 to 1.5 hours before play starts. If you need us set up more than an hour before the gaming period, an extra charge may apply.
How much space do the tables need?
The roulette table needs around 3m wide by 2m deep, including space for players to stand. Other tables need around 2m by 2m. Please allow extra room around the tables for players.
Where should the casino go?
Somewhere fairly quiet and well lit, if possible, so our croupiers can see the game and talk to your guests. If the music is very loud, our staff may wear earplugs and take breaks.
Is there anything we should know about access?
Our equipment is large and heavy, so please tell us in advance about any difficult access. Ideally we unload close to the room on level ground. Upstairs venues are fine, but three or more flights of stairs isn't.
Can guests eat and drink at the tables?
Please keep drinks off the casino tables and food away from them, to protect the tables and the chips. If you're serving finger food, napkins nearby help keep the chips clean.
How big are the tables?
Our roulette table is 2.85m (112") long and 1.12m (44") wide. Our blackjack tables come in two sizes: 2m (79") wide and 1.10m (43") deep (the same table is used for stud poker), or a smaller 1.60m (63") wide and 1.04m (41") deep, the same size as our 3 card brag table. Leave room around each table for guests to gather and play.

Your Guests
Do guests need to know how to play?
No. Our croupiers explain the games and guide new players through their first few hands.
Is it real gambling?
No. Guests only ever play with fun money and chips, so nobody can win or lose real money.
Are children welcome?
Our casino is designed for adults, but children are welcome to play as long as they are supervised by an adult. We are not children's entertainers.

Are you insured?
Yes. We have public liability insurance up to £5 million.
